Indications have emerged that the members of a faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC) loyal to former governor of Oyo State Late Alh Lam Adesina that parted ways with the party to align with the African Democratic Congress (ADC) are already perfecting their plans to join the Action Democratic Party (ADP).
Report just reaching expose oyo confirmed that the leaders of the Unity forum are currently negotiating with the leadership of the ADP in Abuja.

It will be recalled that members of the forum accused the faction of the former governor of Oyo State Sen Rashidi Ladoja and Chief Michael Koleosho of self imposition by sharing among themselves the executive members of the party.

The disagreement broke out due to issues arising from the local government congress and non readiness of a large memeber of the council executive and state delegates to vote at the state congress the party national chairman, Chief Ralph Osita on August 27 2018 decided to postpone the conduct of the state congress in the state.
Disobeying the dicission of the party chairman Sen Ladoja and Chief Koleosho at a private residence went ahead to select their loyal members as the executives of the party leaving out members of the Unity forum, dissatisfied with the impunity members of the forum met and read a communique given a 72 hours ultimatum to correct the anomalies, earlier in the week the memebers of the Unity forum also accused the state congress committee chairman Chief Majekodunmi of being misleading and reported by expose oyo.

To further resolve the crises the members of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) met with the leadership of the party and former president Olusegun Obasabjo at Abeokuta on Monday but no concrete agreement was made.
Upon this the members of the forum have already dump the party, as at the time of this report the details of the meeting is still sketchy however, a reliable source has confirmed the final decision of the members to join ADP.
